Candice Pillay, born in a small town called Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, is an American singer and model. From a young age, Pillay had a love for the spotlight, the stage and performing. Her East Indian heritage combined with a love for R&B and Soul music makes for her remarkable sound and style. She grew up in a musical family, and began singing in her church at the age of 5.
