Frei.Wild (english: Free.Wild) is a Deutschrock group from South Tyrol, Italy. They originally started as a Böhse Onkelz cover brand, but now write original music. Having earned multiple gold and platinum records, they are one of the most successful bands of their genre. In 2016, they won the Echo Award for Best National Rock/Alternative Group. Frei.Wild has faced much criticism over the past involvement of their singer Philipp Burger in the RAC band Kaiserjäger between 2000 and 2001.
